3.Request Samples

 You can specify any 3 of products which specifically interest you, then inform us product code. We can send you the samples , but you have to take responsible for the charges of shipping the samples. You can pay by telex transfer (T/T) direct to us of the shipping charges. Or you provide us your Express Account. Samples will be sent within 5 working days after we are in receipt of payment or your Express Account.

4.Terms of trading

We sell only to the Trade. Our Standard Terms of Business apply to orders for export from Ningbo, China, to a minimum list value of US$2,000.00.

If our standard terms do not seem to fit your needs (for instance if you want delivery in Ningbo, or to order less than $2,000-worth) or you want something not exactly in our product list, please email your request in detail, and we will send you a special quotation as quickly as we can.

5.Payment terms

We do accept payment by

1) Wire transfer (T/T)

We will inform you by quotation or Proforma Invoice of the full cost of your order. Our standard terms are 30% deposit before production, 70% balance payment against the copy of shipping documents. You pay us your deposit when you confirm your order, and we will inform you by email when the rest of the money become due. We dispatch the completed order as soon as we receive your final payment.

 Please ensure that cost of bank's fee is on your end.

It normally takes 4 business days to get money states in our bank thus to shorten time, please send us the transference.

2)Western Union is welcomed.

6.Shipping

 Our prices quoted in quotation sheet are FOB (free on board) Ningbo. This includes the expenses of packing, transportation from our factory in Jinhua to Ningbo, and documentation for the goods forwarding formality. The customer is responsible for the cost of transportation from Ningbo or Shanghai to the final destination.
